The 'Query Builder' is a section of the RMS application that allows the construction of bespoke queries on the data that resides within the database. The 'search' facility allows the user to search for Samples that match certain criteria. The 'Query Builder' allows the user to move away from the 'Sample' view of the data.
Query building is a fairly complex process and will take some time to get to grips with. This section tries to give a brief introduction to the basic functionality of this part of the RMS application, and tries to explain the logic behind querying.
